Yukgaejang (Spicy Beef Soup)

Place the brisket in cold water and boil to cook the meat and make the broth (about 40 minutes).

Remove the meat and shred along the grain; strain the broth.

Mix gochugaru with sesame oil (or cooking oil) to make chili oil.
